2 lb. of chicken
salt & pepper
curry powder
1 egg
flour
bread crumbs
cabbage
spinach
honey mustard sauce
black olive slice

1. cut the chicken into finger size
2. mix water, flour, curry powder, salt, pepper and egg
3. apply 2 on the chicken
4. sprinkle the bread crumbs onto chicken
5. fry the chicken (170 C)
6. slice the cabbage and spinach
7. put the fried chicken and mustard sauce on the salad
8. garnish the food with black olive slice
