Coconut Fruit Salad

1 Large Coconut
1 Brown bag
Raw Brown Sugar
Lettuce of your choice
Strawberries
Oranges
Apples
Bananas
Red Berries
Blue Berries
Ice Cream (Vegi/Vegan)
Raw Almonds

Drain the milk from the coconut, then break the outer shell, carefully remove the coconut from the brown shell, and cut into very small squares. Place all the coconuts into a brown bag, add the raw brown sugar and shake. Let it sit while you prepare the rest of the fruit.
Clean & Wash the rest of the fruits, cut them into medium size pieces, place into a bowl & mix. Once mixed empty the bag of coconuts into the bowl, do not over mix. Before you set your fruit, place lettuce on the bottom, then set your fruit on top.
For an extra treat try it with your favorite scoop of ice cream, topped of with cruched Almonds
