  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1lb mild pork sausage
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • 1 egg
  • hamburger seasoning to taste

This meatball recipe is sure to impress family and friends. You can scoop them out with a spoon, roll them in my hands, and bake n the over a foil-lined cookie sheet. This way, they brown nicely, excess fat is drained off, and they can go right into sauce. You can also freeze these after rolling and cook when you need to.

preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix all ingredients thoroughly
roll into 1 inch sized balls
place on cookie sheet (i spray with non stick cooking spray)
place in oven for 45 min to an hour
remove when done and use in either subs or in spaghetti
