Arroz Con Pollo Burritos

Big rice and chicken burritos that are easy to make and sure to please. Garnish with shredded cheese, salsa and guacamole.

2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
3/4 cup long grain white rice
1 (1 ounce) package Lawry's(R) Taco Spices & Seasonings
1 3/4 cups water
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 large tomato, chopped
1/3 cup sliced green onions
8 large flour tortillas (burrito size), warmed to soften

1. In large deep skillet, add chicken, rice, Taco Spices & Seasonings, water and tomato sauce. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce. Stir in tomato and green onion.

2. Scoop 1/2 cup filling on each tortilla. Fold in sides and roll-up to enclose filling. Top each burrito with cheese, if desired, and heat in 350 degrees F oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Garnish each burrito with salsa and guacamole, if desired.
